The just released NSF certified Platinum units provide a high intensity 40,000 mw/cm2 UV dose to meet NSF/ANSI Standard 55 test protocol. These models feature a digital display, integral UV intensity meter and advanced Platinum controller to include an elapsed time meter to advise you when lamp replacement is required. Platinum models include a flow restrictor to limit the water flow to peak operating levels, and can be used with an optional electrically operated shut-off solenoid valve (available below), to stop the flow of water in the event of an alarm condition. Lamps install through the center of the unit and have electrical connections at one end. Units are constructed with a 316 stainless steel housing. The Sterilight has easily replaceable high intensity UV sterilization lamps and a pure quartz lamp tube for peak UV dosage. All units are covered by a 7-year warranty on reaction chamber and 5 year pro-rated warranty on components other than probe and lamps.
